Jewelry Therapy: DRU. Nails It

Very sweary and struggling with balance? Find harmony and humor in a bold DRU. messaging stack.

In a world full of mantras to help us feel better about ourselves and life in general, very few actually speak to me. Why is that? Probably because I am sarcastic with a dark sense of humor, that leaves messages like Be Kind somewhat lacking (to me, those are table stakes). Enter DRU. by Thea Miller. Supercharged with empowerment and just the right dose of irony, the Messaging collection offers jewelry with attitude… sure to bolster your confidence so you can tackle your challenges head on. Spoiled for choice, how did I decide which ones were for me?

“Supercharged with empowerment and just the right dose of irony.”

During a time of major life changes, I have been struggling with balance. Hold On Tightly; Let Go Lightly reminds me to release control without throwing it all away. Easier said than done, so my frequent and satisfying outbursts of For Fuck’s Sake serve me like a volcano letting off a little steam that wards off the big eruption.

These substantial 14K yellow gold rings are flawlessly executed. The Enamel Hold On Tightly; Let Go Lightly Band features black and white enamel with black and white diamonds. The Black Diamond and Black Enamel For Fuck’s Sake Ring features black enamel and a half eternity of black diamonds on the other side of the band. As a person who swears a lot – but knows when to hold ‘em – it’s nice to have the option to turn the message around to show the black diamonds half.

Of course these rings could be worn stacked on my hand, but it was @dru.jewelry’s styling inspo that made me pull the trigger. Sized to fit my finger, I love the versatility of wearing them on a long gold chain.

Express yourself in style with an edge – this collection is on fire!
